Refund/Return Policy

These General Terms and Conditions govern rights and obligations in connection with the use of services provided by Audacity Capital Global.

These GTC govern your (“you”, “your”, or the “Customer”) rights and obligations in connection with the use of the services provided by AudaCity Global Limited (Company Number 11652683) referred as AudaCity Capital (Trading Name) Address: One Canada Square, Level 8 – Office 8.05, London E145AA, UK.

Fees

1.1 The fee for the Funded Trader Program varies according to the option selected and depends on the amount of the initial capital. More detailed information on individual options and fees for those options are provided on the website. The final fee will be determined based on the option you select when completing the form for ordering the Funded Trader Program.

1.2 The Provider reserves the right to also provide the Services under individually agreed conditions. All individually agreed conditions shall be determined by the Provider at its own discretion. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES ONLY.

1.3 The registration fees are paid for allowing you to access the Funded Trader Program platform, models and services. The trader is not entitled to a refund of the registration fees if the service has been started (i.e. the account has been purchased) and/or the trader breaches the trading guidelines.

1.4 The trader is not entitled to open a dispute for the paid fee with the Customer’s bank or payment service provider as the completion of the purchase entitles the acceptance of the T&C. The fees will cover some of the trading and business costs and will also hold the traders accountable.

1.5 The trader must provide 30 days notice if they wish to terminate their Agreement.

1.6 The amounts of fees for the Funded Trader Program options are in Great British Pounds. In the event of payment of the fee in any other currency than the GBP, the amount of the fee for the selected option shall be converted using the most recent exchange rate.

1.7 You can pay the fee for the selected option of the Funded Trader Program by a payment card, via a bank transfer, or using other means of payment that the Provider currently offers on the Website

1.8 The fees are non-refundable once the trader has started their trading activity on the account. This includes both full and partial refunds.

Compliance

2.1 The Trader agrees to comply with the guidelines and rules specified in the compliance manual of AudaCity Capital.

2.2 If AudaCity Capital decides to withdraw a trader from the program, the joining fee will be not refunded.

2.3 All trading activities of the Trader are required to be made available to AudaCity Capital. Failure to comply with this policy will be treated as gross misconduct.
