سياسة الاسترداد/الإرجاع

تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام العامة الحقوق والالتزامات فيما يتعلق باستخدام الخدمات التي تقدمها Audacity Capital Global.

1.1 The fee for the Funded Trader Program varies according to the option selected and depends on the amount of the initial capital. More detailed information on individual options and fees for those options are provided on the website. The final fee will be determined based on the option you select when completing the form for ordering the Funded Trader Program.

١-٢ يحتفظ المزود بالحق في تقديم الخدمات أيضا بموجب شروط متفق عليها بشكل فردي. يحدد مقدم الخدمة جميع الشروط المتفق عليها بشكل فردي وفقا لتقديره الخاص. جميع المدفوعات نهائية ولأغراض التقييم فقط.

1.3 The registration fees are paid for allowing you to access the Funded Trader Program platform, models and services. The trader is not entitled to a refund of the registration fees if the service has been started (i.e. the account has been purchased) and/or the trader breaches the trading guidelines.

1.4 By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that you will not file a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card issuer for any transaction made under this agreement once the service has commenced. The completion of the purchase signifies your acceptance of the T&C. The fees will cover some of the trading and business costs and will also hold the traders accountable.

١-٥ يجب على المتداول تقديم إشعار مدته ٣٠ يوما إذا كان يرغب في إنهاء اتفاقه.

1.6 The amounts of fees for the Funded Trader Program options are in Great British Pounds. In the event of payment of the fee in any other currency than the GBP, the amount of the fee for the selected option shall be converted using the most recent exchange rate.

1.7 You can pay the fee for the selected option of the Funded Trader Program by a payment card, via a bank transfer, or using other means of payment that the Provider currently offers on the Website

١-٨ الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد بمجرد أن يبدأ المتداول نشاطه التجاري على الحساب. يتضمن ذلك المبالغ المستردة بالكامل وجزئية.

الامتثال

٢-١ يوافق المتداول على الامتثال للمبادئ التوجيهية والقواعد المحددة في دليل الامتثال لشركة

٢-٢ AudaCity Capital إذا قررت شركة AudaCity Capital سحب النتداول من البرنامج، فلن يتم رد رسوم الانضمام.

٢-٣ يجب إتاحة جميع الأنشطة التجارية للمتداول لشركة AudaCity Capital. سيتم التعامل مع عدم الامتثال لهذه السياسة على أنه سوء سلوك جسيم.
