Stage 1: $15,000

Every Trader that gets approved for the program starts with an initial capital of $15,000. At this stage, you can use a maximum lot size of 0.5 all cumulative. You must reach the 10% profit target, bringing your account to $16,500, to get your account doubled to $30,000. The drawdown is 10% so the maximum you can lose is $1,500 from the starting balance, meaning your equity cannot fall below $13,500.

Stage 2: $30,000

At this stage, you can use a maximum lot size of 1 all cumulative. You must reach the 10% profit target, bringing your account to $33,000, to get your account doubled to $60,000. The drawdown is 10% so the maximum you can lose is $3,000 from the starting balance, meaning your equity cannot fall below $27,000.

Stage 3: $60,000

At this stage, you can use a maximum lot size of 2 all cumulative. You must reach the 10% profit target, bringing your account to $66,000, to get your account doubled to $120,000. The drawdown is 10% so the maximum you can lose is $6,000 from the starting balance, meaning your equity cannot fall below $54,000.

Stage 4: $120,000

At this stage, you can use a maximum lot size of 4 all cumulative. You must reach the 10% profit target, bringing your account to $124,000, to get your account doubled to $240,000. The drawdown is 10% so the maximum you can lose is $12,000 from the starting balance, meaning your equity cannot fall below $108,000.

Stage 5: $240,000

At this stage, you can use a maximum lot size of 8 all cumulative. You must reach the 10% profit target, bringing your account to $264,000, to get your account doubled to $480,000. The drawdown is 10% so the maximum you can lose is $24,000 from the starting balance, meaning your equity cannot fall below $216,000.

Stage 6: $480,000

At this stage, you can use a maximum lot size of 16 all cumulative. You must reach the 10% profit target, bringing your account to $528,000. The drawdown is 10% so the maximum you can lose is $48,000 from the starting balance, meaning your equity cannot fall below $432,000.

Account Size Every trader that joins our Funded Trader Program starts with an initial account size of $15,000. Every time the trader hits the 10% profit target, we will double the account size up to $480,000 which is the maximum capital any trader can receive.

Lot Size Orders at stage one are capped at a maximum of 0.5 lots, meaning that’s the most exposure you can accumulate at any one time. For instance, you can have either one position worth 0.5 OR five different positions of 0.1. Spreading risk is up to you, and when your account is doubled, so is your risk allowance. For example, on $30,000, your maximum lot size is 1, and on $60,000, it’s 2 lots. The total drawdown limit is 10%, which is highly unlikely to happen, but you aren’t liable for losses if it does. As such, you won’t owe Audacity Capital any money.

Profit Target The profit target is 10% at all times. By hitting the target you are able to withdraw your profit share and progress to the next stage, where we double the size of your account.

*The fees are not for us to make a profit, they are just to cover expenses just as data, technology and administration. Like we’re sharing the profit with you 50-50, we’re expecting traders to share some of our expenses with us. We’re trying to build a long-term relationship with our traders, so the monthly platform fee remain the same even if you’re managing a $480 000 account.

How to get started as a Prop FX Trader

You can apply to the Funded Trader Program by filling out the form. It is important that you complete the correct contact details in order for our Talent Acquisition team to contact you.
One of our Talent Acquisition team members will contact you to schedule an interview via phone or face-to-face. Our team will ask questions about your trading experience and strategy.
Based on your interview, our risk management team will assess whether you are a good fit for the program. If you are accepted you will receive an email that will contain a contract for you to sign as well as the payment details for the fees.
Once you have completed payment and signed the contract, you will be sent the trading account login details immediately via email.

Our rules

At stage 1 you start with an initial capital of $15,000. Orders are capped to a maximum of 0.5 lots, meaning you can have either one position open at 0.5 lots or five positions at 0.1 lots. When your account is doubled, we also double the risk allowance.
We allow our traders an absolute drawdown of 10% which does not trail the traders profits. You are not liable for any losses so you won’t owe the company any money if the drawdown is hit.
Weekend positions are subject to approval by the Risk Management. If you would like to keep a position open over the weekend, you will need to fill in the form using the following link: weekend.audacitycapital.co.uk. You can also find this in the Traders Dashboard.
Positions must be closed during major news events such as NFP, Interest rate decisions, and Central Bank speeches. We send out news announcements to all of our traders in advance via email.
Once you hit the 10% target, you can request a withdrawal filling in the form using the following link: withdrawal.audacitycapital.co.uk that you will also find in the Traders Dashboard. You will receive your payout within 48 hours.

What we are looking for

We are looking for traders with live experience managing risk and who have shown profitability. Here are some requirements we are looking for when approving traders to join our program.

Can demonstrate at least 3 – 6 months trading a live account.
Can demonstrate consistency when managing risk and profitability during this timeframe.
Can demonstrate consistency by following a trading plan or strategy.
