2. Demo Challenge

2.1 The Services consist of the provision of tools for simulated trading on financial markets. Financial market information is used in the simulated trading; however, you acknowledge that any trading that you perform through the Services is not real. You also acknowledge that the funds provided to you for demo trading are fictitious and that you have no right to possess those fictitious funds beyond the scope of their use within the Services, and in particular that they may not be used for any actual trading and that you are not entitled to the payment of those funds. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, you will not be paid any remuneration or profits based on the results of your simulated trading, nor will you be required to pay any losses.

2.2 NONE OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY THE PROVIDER CAN BECONSIDERED INVESTMENT SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS. THE PROVIDERDOES NOT GIVE OR PROVIDE TO YOU ANY GUIDANCE, INSTRUCTIONS, OR INFORMATIONABOUT HOW OR IN WHICH MANNER YOU SHOULD PERFORM TRANSACTIONS WHEN USING THESERVICES OR OTHERWISE, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR INFORMATION ABOUT THE INVESTMENTTOOLS TRADED, NOR DOES THE PROVIDER ACCEPT ANY SUCH GUIDANCE, INSTRUCTIONS, ORINFORMATION FROM YOU. 3. Fees

3.1 The fee for the Ability Challenge varies according to the option selected and depends on the amount of the initial capital. More detailed information on individual options and fees for those options are provided on the website. The final fee will be determined based on the option you select when completing the form for ordering the Ability Challenge. The Provider reserves the right to also provide the Services under individually agreed conditions. All individually agreed conditions shall be determined by the Provider at its own discretion. ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES ONLY.

3.2 The registration fees are paid for allowing you to access the Ability program platform, models and services. The Customer is not entitled to a refund of the registration fees if the service has been started (i.e. the account has been purchased) and/or the customer did not successfully complete the Evaluation. The customer is not entitled to open a dispute for the paid fee with the Customer’s bank or payment service provider as the completion of the purchase entitles the acceptance of the T&C.

3.3 The amounts of fees for the Ability Challenge options are in Great British Pounds. In the event of payment of the fee in any other currency than the GBP, the amount of the fee for the selected option shall be converted using the most recent exchange rate.

3.4 You can pay the fee for the selected option of the Ability Challenge by a payment card, via a bank transfer, or using other means of payment that the Provider currently offers on the Website.

Irresponsible Trading

The risk management team will reserve the right to terminate the agreement and to revoke access to the account in case of trading misconduct, that will include any sort of illegal activity, arbitrage and gambling behaviour on the live environment.

Disclaimer

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction(including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. *Consistency Clause

‍Traders will need to demonstrate consistency within their results in regards to trade length and lot size in order to pass the 7 minimum trading days. For example if a trader opens one position at 15 lots on one day, then 6 positions at 0.1 lot on 6 other trading days, this will result in failing the Ability Challenge.
